A: After you place an order, it takes 1-2 business days for us to produce and pack your item. Once shipped, we will update your order page with the tracking number. A: To ensure the highest print quality and consistency, we currently do not accept custom image uploads. Instead, you can choose from a wide variety of curated designs available on our product pages and personalize them with your name. All our designs are printed on high-quality 18oz glass mugs, available in clear and frosted finishes. Select styles also support double-sided printing.
Q: How is the quality of the mugs? Will the print fade or peel off? Are the mugs safe for dishwasher and microwave use?
A: Our mugs are made from 100% borosilicate glass, known for its durability and resistance to thermal shock. To ensure the longevity of the print, we recommend hand washing only. While the glass is sturdy, please handle with care and keep out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
